Northeast Jazz Festival
March 1 @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday, March 1 at Northeast Middle School, 1170 Fernwood Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
TICKETS: $4 for adults and $2 for children (Jazz band students do not need a ticket to participate)
The doors will open at 6 pm and the festival begins at 6:30 pm
Jazz band students are report to Northeast Middle School at 5:45 pm
Our performance time is at 6:35 pm followed by a clinic from 6:55 – 7:15 pm. Once we pack everything up and get it loaded into my car, students who wish to leave may leave.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 8:45 pm.
*Refreshments will be sold in the cafeteria. Performers will receive a food ticket to receive a hot dog or slice of pizza, a beverage, and maybe chips.
PARENT CHAPERONES
I can use 3 – 4 parent chaperones to help maintain order and decorum and assist on moving our equipment to and from the warm up room, auditorium, and clinic. You can sign up to chaperone using Cut Time. The spots available will appear on your profile page. Chaperones need to have their background checks on file in the Nitschmann student services office. (Chaperones do not need to purchase a ticket for the festival)
