Uniform distribution night is scheduled for Wednesday, September 13 from 6 – 8 PM. This is the time where you come in to pick up your child’s orchestra tux shirt, bow tie, jazz tux shirt, and/or band uniform. Payment for the items you need to purchase and the fair share fee is due on this evening.
There is a link at the bottom of this email for you to COMPLETE BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, so things can run smoothly on Sept. 13. It will only take you a couple minutes to complete. EVERYONE needs to have a parent, guardian or designee attend on Sept. 13 to pick up and pay for their respective items. Items that are not paid for will not be distributed.
Below is a cost list of the items on the form. Keep track of what items you need so you can calculate your total amount due. If there is a situation regarding one’s ability to make full payment on Sept 13, you need to speak with Mr. Zettlemoyer directly.
You can pay using cash or check made payable to NIMAS with the exception of the shoes and boots. (SEE BELOW)
There is an option to pay using a credit card for everything except the shoes and boots. That option only becomes available when you complete the UDN form using the link below and it is processed. The items you will need to purchase will appear on your child’s Cut Time profile as obligations.
