Hanover Township Tree Lighting

The band will be performing for the Hanover Township Tree Lighting on Friday, December 5. Students should arrive no later than 5:30 P.M. at the Hanover Township Community Center. All band members are expected to attend as this event was announced on October 29. DETAILS:
  • Students need to take their instrument home on the Thursday before or Friday of this event . This includes percussion and sousaphone. Drummers may take their instrument home without the case, but they are responsible for any damage including broken drum heads.
  • Students need to arrive at the Hanover Township Community Center by 5:30 p.m.
  • All band members should leave their instrument case in the car.
  • Mrs. Hriniak will be transporting the color guard equipment.
  • Students will check in with a designated chaperon for attendance.
  • The band will begin performing at 5:45 p.m. OUTSIDE the community center.
  • All band related events should be completed by 6:30 p.m.
  • Students may return their instrument Monday – Thursday of the following week.
UNIFORM CHANGES: 
  • We are NOT wearing the uniform for this event. INSTEAD, we will dress to stay warm and you are encouraged to wear festival attire such has holiday hats, scarves, light etc.
  • We are providing head lamps so you can see your music.
