Hanover Township Tree Lighting
				
				
					
The band will be performing for the Hanover Township Tree Lighting on Friday, December 6. Students should arrive no later than 5:30 P.M. at the Hanover Township Community Center.
All band members are expected to attend as this event was announced on October 29.
DETAILS:
 	- Students need to take their instrument home on the Thursday before or Friday of this event . This includes percussion and sousaphone. Drummers may take their instrument home without the case, but they are responsible for any damage including broken drum heads.
- Students need to arrive at the Hanover Township Community Center by 5:30 p.m.
- All band members should leave their instrument case in the car.
- Mrs. Hriniak will be transporting the color guard equipment.
- Students will check in with a designated chaperon for attendance.
- The band will begin performing at 5:45 p.m. OUTSIDE the community center.
- All band related events should be completed by 6:30 p.m.
- Students may return their instrument Monday – Thursday of the following week.
UNIFORM CHANGES: *We may opt for street clothes depending on the temperature.
 	- All band members will wear their full uniform with the exception of their hat.  Students are permitted to wear knit winter hats instead of their band hat for this performance. Festive holiday hats are appropriate for this performance.
- Layer up under your uniform. We are limiting the amount of time the students will be outside, but it will still be cold.
- Color guard should wear black leggings under their jumpers.
