We are happy to announce a special opportunity for members of the band, orchestra, jazz band and their parents. We have secured 50 seats to the Big Band Holidays: Jazz at Lincoln Center for Saturday, December 20, 2025
COST & INCLUSIONS
The cost is $130 per person student or parent. The cost includes travel via motorcoach to and from New York City, a ticket to the Big Band Holidays performance, dinner at Hard Rock Cafe, and all tips and gratuities.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
September 26 – A deposit of $30 per person is due. PLEASE NOTE; Once you make the deposit you have committed to the trip and are responsible for the full cost of the trip. NO REFUNDS!
October 17 – 2nd Payment of $50 per person is due
November 7 – 3rd Payment of $50 per person is due
ITINERARY – Saturday, December 20
- 11:00 a.m. Depart Nitschmann
- 1:30 p.m. Arrive at Jazz at Lincoln Center
- 2:00 p.m. Concert begins
- 4:00 p.m. Depart for Hard Rock Cafe Times Square
- 4:45 p.m. Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe
- 6:00 – 8:15 p.m. Free time in Times Square & Rockefeller Center
- 8:15 p.m. Meet at Bryant Park to depart for home
- 10:30 p.m. Arrive at home
