Uniform Distribution Night

Uniform distribution night is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10 from 5 – 8 PM.  This is when you come in to pick up your child’s uniform items such as their orchestra tux shirt, bow tie, jazz tux shirt, and or band uniform.

All costs have been added to CutTime and are viewable under your child’s profile. All items must be paid for by September 10. If an item has been added and you do not need to purchase one, let Mr. Zettlemoyer know so he can remove it from your account.

You can pay online using CutTime or you can pay by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to NIMAS. You may send in your payment with your child before September 10. Place your payment in a clearly marked envelope and include your child’s name and UDN on the envelope. Instruct your child to place it in the white mailbox in the instrumental music room.

EVERYONE must have a parent, guardian or designee attend on Sept. 10 to pick up and pay for their respective items.  Items that are not paid for will not be distributed.

Should you have a financial concern regrading payment and need to make payment arrangements, contact Mr. Zettlemoyer.

In case you’re not familiar with the process:

The room will be set up in stations.

Families will check in with Mr. Z and the treasurers, to either verify that they have paid, or make their payment. They will receive a list of items they’re picking up.

Families will then circulate through each pick up station.

There WILL be a line, there’s unfortunately no way around this. The more people who prepay, the shorter the line will be, so tell your friends!  You can prepay by paying online or sending in your payment via check or cash.

There will be a bake sale and sign up to volunteer for fall events and committees table, and a “fast lane” check out for kids who are ONLY in orchestra, and just need to pick up a tux shirt and tie.
