SUMMARY:Hanover township tree lighting
DESCRIPTION:Hanover Township Tree Lighting\n\n\n\nThe band will be performing for the Hanover Township Tree Lighting on Friday\, December 6. Students should arrive no later than 5:30 P.M. at the Hanover Township Community Center. \n\n\n \nAll band members are expected to attend as this event was added to the calendar on October 31. \nDETAILS: \n\nStudents need to take their instrument home on this Thursday or Friday. This includes percussion and sousaphone. Drummers may take their instrument home without the case\, but they are responsible for any damage including broken drum heads.\nStudents need to arrive at the Hanover Township Community Center by 5:30 p.m.\nAll band members should leave their instrument case in the car and proceed inside to the gymnasium.\nMrs. Hriniak will be transporting the color guard equipment.\nStudents will check in with a designated chaperon for attendance.\nThe band will begin performing at 5:45 p.m. OUTSIDE the community center. \nAll band related events should be completed by 6:15 p.m.\nStudents may return their instrument Monday – Thursday next week from 7 – 7:15 a.m. \n\nUNIFORM CHANGES: \n\nAll band members will wear their full uniform with the exception of their hat.  Students are permitted to wear nit winter hats instead of their band hat for this performance. Festive holiday hats are appropriate for this performance.\nLayer up under your uniform. We are limiting the amount of time the students will be outside\, but it will still be cold.\nColor guard should wear black leggings under their jumpers.
